Advent Wreath Making

Continue or start your family tradition of creating an Advent Wreath for your home. Faith practices at home are key in lifetime commitments to Christ and this tradition “prepares the way” for the celebration of Jesus’ birth. All are welcome for this intergenerational activity; just bring your creativity!

Advent Journey Begins

Outdoor Movie Night

Youth Campout
December 4 – 5 | Camp Capers
Youth in grades 6 – 12 are invited to the youth campout at Camp Capers. The group will be tent camping, kayaking, playing games and wrapping up their “Into the Wilderness” semester. Children’s Pageant Practice

“The Mysterious Animal” Christmas Pageant

Come one, come all! For the greatest story ever told! The Children’s Christmas Pageant will take place during the 11 a.m. worship service. This service will also be live streamed on YouTube.

CAP Recital

Blue Christmas Healing Service
December 7 at 6:30 p.m.

While Advent and Christmas are joyful seasons of hope and good news, this time of year can also be difficult for many reasons. Blue Christmas services provide us space to acknowledge “blue” feelings during the Advent and Christmas seasons. This special Healing Service is intended to be a time in which loss, grief, and loneliness can be named and acknowledged in community, while creating the space for God to enter in and bring comfort and healing. This service is open to in-person and live-streamed attendance.

Children’s Christmas Gathering

All children meet in the Children’s Room at 10 a.m. for a special Christmas event. 

Lessons & Carols
December 19 at 8:45 & 11 a.m. | Sanctuary
We will hear through Scripture readings and beautiful music by our choir and guest instrumentalists the story of God’s loving purpose in the world and celebrate the coming of Christ. Prepare your hearts for Christmas with this special service of word and song titled, “Everlasting Light.” The 8:45 a.m. service will be live-streamed on YouTube.
