St. John’s 101: w/Rev. Ripp Hardaway; Small Conference Room (Book provided)

Whether you are new or have been an Episcopalian since birth, this class is for those who want to know why we do things the way we do in this Church. We will cover our history, worship, and approach to the Bible, the Church’s teaching, spirituality, ministry, organization, and our mission.  This is also the class needed if you are seeking to be Confirmed, Received or Reaffirmed into the Episcopal Faith.

Revelation and the End of All Things w/Paul Anthony – Parish Hall (Books $10.00)

What’s going on in the book of Revelation? Many have asked that question, sometimes with terrifying and even deadly results, while others have preferred to ignore it entirely. Join us as we look for a way to avoid these extremes and understand how the Bible’s most notorious and controversial letter can help us be better Jesus followers.  Book: Revelation and the End of All Things by Craig Koester, will be available in the upstairs conference room. A $10 donation requested.

The Story: A book discussion w/various presenters; Large Conference Room.
