Curious about Education for Ministry (EfM)? | April 26 at 4pm on Zoom

Explore the idea that every baptized person is called to ministry through a curriculum developed through Sewanee University’s School of Theology. The class will discuss what EfM is and isn’t so you can get an idea about how we have unity of spirit, but not uniformity. Pilgrimage to the Holy Land
June 14-22, 2022

Walk in the footsteps of Jesus in the sacred land of the three Abrahamic faiths. On this trip you will visit the biblical places that inform our faith and experience firsthand the ancient practices that have enriched pilgrims throughout the centuries by worshiping at the great sites of Christianity, such as Bethlehem, Nazareth, the Mount of the Beatitudes, and Jerusalem.

Experience the culture and history of the region through lectures, local cuisine, contemplative walks in sacred spaces, worship services, evening events, and the hospitality of the many different people of the Holy Land.

The Book of Forgiving by Desmond Tutu and Mpho Tutu | Sundays at 10am | begins April 18
All of us need to forgive or be forgiven. This fourfold path helps us take that journey to healing ourselves and our world. Class led by Fr. Ripp. The books are available in the church office for a $10 donation. Find Zoom details in eNews or by emailing [email protected]

Mustang Island Family Camp
Fr. Ripp is the chaplain at Session 3 (June 17-20)

Spend a long, summer weekend with your family on the beach at Mustang Island Family Camp! Enjoy swimming, singing, surfing, arts & crafts, delicious meals, a buried treasure hunt, beach games, worship, building sand castles, fishing, resting under a beach umbrella, a campfire, and more. Programming begins Thursday afternoon/evening and continues through Sunday lunch. Each day ends with worship, music, and a family-centered Bible teaching.

Your family will have opportunities to unplug, relax, and reconnect with each other, faith, community, and God’s glorious creation. Each room has a private deck view of the sea and boardwalk access to beach.
