At St. John's, we try our best to live into the mission God has given the church in the Great Commandments and the Great Commission.
St. John’s was founded by 25 Episcopalians at an organizational meeting on December 15, 1946, following Evening Prayer at First Protestant Church.
Diversity and Inclusion
St. John's is committed to ending racial injustice in our community and the world.
What is the Episcopal Church?
We Episcopalians believe in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. As constituent members of the Anglican Communion in the United States, we are descendants of and partners with the Church of England and the Scottish Episcopal Church, and are part of the third largest group of Christians in the world.
We have a great team here at St. John's and we are here to serve all. The clergy, staff, and vestry are servant leaders that have one goal which is to love God, love our neighbors, and make disciples at St. John's.
